Heart Failure ChatGPT atlas system

The LVAD Atlas is a modular, multi-layer evidence framework built to connect metabolites, genes, tissues, cell types, regulatory genetics, trait associations, and dataset-level validation in advanced heart failure and LVAD biology. It integrates screened literature, Open Targets disease–gene evidence, Human Protein Atlas tissue and single-cell context, GTEx eQTL/sQTL support, GWAS Catalog trait links, and PRJNA595151 RNA-seq validation into a searchable gene-level atlas. The atlas is designed for publication-quality interpretation, overlap discovery, and prioritization of biologically relevant metabolites and genes, while preserving provenance, heart-specific context, and clear separation between direct and indirect evidence.
