Processed Transcriptomic Dataset Supporting Differential Gene Expression and Pathway Enrichment Analysis Between PNT2 and DU145 Prostate Cell Lines

This repository contains the processed transcriptomic datasets supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled "Transcriptomic Study between PNT2 and DU145 (CRPC) Cells Highlights Key Genes and Clinical Relevance." The repository includes the processed transcript expression matrix, the top differentially expressed genes, and Gene Ontology (Biological Process, Cellular Component, and Molecular Function) and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses generated from the comparison between PNT2 and DU145 prostate cell lines. These processed datasets support the downstream bioinformatic analyses, figures, and conclusions presented in the manuscript and are provided to facilitate transparency and reproducibility.
