Perception and Practice of Exclusive Breastfeeding Among Mothers Accessing Care at FMC, Asaba, Nigeria

This deposit contains the blank questionnaire used to collect data and an anonymized dataset containing the summary tables of analyzed results on the perception and practice of exclusive breastfeeding among mothers accessing care at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Asaba, Nigeria. It includes demographic characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, and breastfeeding practices of participants. The data were collected to better understand factors influencing exclusive breastfeeding in a tertiary healthcare setting.
