This dataset provides a comprehensive collection of Channel Network Topology (CNT)-based morphometric attributes derived using ASTER DEM for catchments across India. The attributes have been derived using the Morph_CNeT tool (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ejrh.2025.102503), ensuring a consistent and standardized methodology for characterizing the structural and topological properties of channel networks. The dataset includes key morphometric descriptors related to stream network organization, connectivity, and hierarchical structure, which are essential for understanding hydrological response and supporting regionalization studies. These attributes are particularly useful for applications in ungauged catchment analysis, hydrological modelling, and classification of basin response behavior. All attributes have been computed using a uniform computational framework to ensure consistency and comparability across diverse hydro-geomorphic regions of India. The dataset is intended to support research in hydrology, geomorphology, and water resources engineering, and can be readily integrated with rainfall–runoff models and data-driven approaches.
