Genomic data from Chorrillo Grande 1, Argentina

This dataset contains the genomic analyses performed on archaeological Argentinian horses using the Zonkey pipeline from the site of Chorrillo Grande 1 in southern Patagonia, in an accompanying manuscript by Taylor et al [DOI to be updated here pending publication]. The data consist of self-executing HTML files for four separate horse specimens (SAH2, SAH4, SAH5, SAH6) to be opened in a web browser that will populate automatically with associated reports on nuclear and mitochondrial DNA preservation, admixture estimates, PCA plots, Treemix plots, and mitochondrial phylogenetic trees along with associated references used in their generation. To use the resources, simply open the file "report.html" for each specimen in a web browser.
