Confusion matrices for the C4.5 algorithm.

SET1 denotes the setting in which all animals were employed. SET2 denotes the setting in which only animals exposed to multi-compounds were employed. SET3 denotes the setting in which only mice exposed to multi-compounds were employed. The confusion matrices were computed using a stratified 10-fold cross-validation.
