Random number acquisition from HECTOR daughter board and the clock signals of both decimator and Priority Encoder. The acquisition where done with a shift register between the output of Priority Encoder’s output and the scope (the same applies for the decimator’s output). Folder is class by type of faults: tmp_00_wb means two of Priority Encoder’s bits are stuck at 00. tmp_01_wb means two of Priority Encoder’s bits are stuck at 01. tmp_10_wb means two of Priority Encoder’s bits are stuck at 10. tmp_11_wb means two of Priority Encoder’s bits are stuck at 11. tmp_0_wb means one of Priority Encoder’s bit is stuck at 0. tmp_1_wb means one of Priority Encoder’s bit is stuck at 1. Decim_0_wb means one bit of decimator’s output stuck at 0. Decim_1_wb means one bit of decimator’s output stuck at 1. Curves are class as follows: (<em>Index</em> means the acquisition number) CIdecimIndex_0.trc files are the clock signal before decimation, i.e. the clock used to sample Priority encoder’s output. COdecimIndex_0.trc files are the clock signal after decimation, i.e. the clock used to sample decimator’s output. IrandDecim_Index_0.trc is the output of the Priority Encoder. OrandDecim_Index_0.trc is the output of the Priority Encoder. All trc files are binary files. The file conditions_wb recap all the injection parameter used to obtain the different fault.

本数据集用于采集HECTOR子板的随机数,以及抽取器(decimator)与优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的时钟信号。本次采集通过在优先编码器输出与示波器之间接入移位寄存器(shift register)完成,抽取器的输出采集亦采用相同方式。 数据集文件夹按照故障类型进行分类: tmp_00_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的两路输出固定为00。 tmp_01_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的两路输出固定为01。 tmp_10_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的两路输出固定为10。 tmp_11_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的两路输出固定为11。 tmp_0_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的单路输出固定为0。 tmp_1_wb 表示优先编码器(Priority Encoder)的单路输出固定为1。 Decim_0_wb 表示抽取器(decimator)的单路输出固定为0。 Decim_1_wb 表示抽取器(decimator)的单路输出固定为1。 波形文件命名规则如下(<em>Index</em> 代表采集序号): CIdecim<em>Index</em>_0.trc 文件为抽取前的时钟信号,即用于采样优先编码器输出的时钟信号。 COdecim<em>Index</em>_0.trc 文件为抽取后的时钟信号,即用于采样抽取器输出的时钟信号。 IrandDecim_<em>Index</em>_0.trc 为优先编码器的输出信号。 OrandDecim_<em>Index</em>_0.trc 为优先编码器的输出信号。 所有.trc格式文件均为二进制文件。 文件conditions_wb 汇总了用于生成各类故障的注入参数。
