Transcriptomic Analysis of Tea Leaves Infected by Colletotrichum camelliae at Different Time Points (0h, 12h, 24h, 72h)

This study aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) during the early stages of infection by Colletotrichum camelliae, the causal agent of anthracnose disease. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on tea leaf samples collected at four distinct time points: 0 hours (control, uninfected), 12 hours, 24 hours, and 72 hours post-inoculation.
