Here are the files containing assemblies (from Trinity_v2.15.1), structural (from Transdecoder_V5.7.0) and functional (from BLAST_v2.16.0; eggnog-mapper_v2.1.12 ; Reactome) annotation files from the raw reads available at E.N.A (project accessions: PRJEB89715 [rnasep1] and PRJEB88225 [rnasep2)). Briefly, transcriptomic data were produced from head tissues of juveniles S. officinalis reared under control, elevated pCO2, dietary MeHg contaminated, and combination of elevated pCO2 and dietary MeHg contaminated conditions for 42 days after hatching.
