Data and R code to run the analysis for "Soil legacies of tree species richness in a young plantation do not modulate tree seedlings’ response to watering regime"

Supporting information to the paper entitled "Little effect of tree species richness on within- and between-plot variability in soil chemical properties in a young plantation forest". The files provided here contain the data and codes to run all the analyses in R (R Core Team 2021). The files fresh_shoot.xlsx, dry_shoot.xlsx, area.xlsx, pinus.xlsx, roots.xlsx, sideroots.xlsx, Plotnr.xlsx, and emergence.xlsx contain data of the individual plants and pots in the pot experiment. The file FORBIO_data.xlsx contains data of the plots in the FORBIO experiment. The file TMS4_data.csv contains soil moisture sensor data. FORBIO_Potexperiment_R_code.rmd provides the R script in Rmarkdown format. FORBIO_Potexperiment_R_code.html is generated from the .rmd file.<br>
