MALAT1 is a lncRNA known to contribute to the development of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We performed transcriptome sequencing analysis to investigate genes interacting with MALAT1 in NSCLC. Overall design: An experimental group treated with si-MALAT1 and a non-treated control group were constructed in NSCLC cell lines (H460, H1299, A549). Transcriptome analysis was performed on six samples.
