Mutation profiles

Files related to profiling of Cas9 mutational outcomes in repair-knockout mesc cell lines.1) Mutations.tsv:Processed mutation profiles generated by Cas9 cuts in mesc cell lines with repair gene knockouts.Outcomes are represented as a compressed mutation string of the form: [I(nsertion)/D(eletion)][size_of_mutation]_L[cutsite_relative_index_of_leftmost_change_inclusive_of_microhomology]C[number of bases of microhomology_if_any][additional_I(nsertion)/D(eletion)_if_any][size_of_mutation]R[cutsite_relative_index_of_rightmost_change]_[identity_of_inserted_bases_if_any]2) test_predictions.csvMeasured and predicted outcome frequencies for test set of targets. <br>3) kl_data.csvSymmetric KL divergence between predictions and observations for each target. Also contains the observed vs predicted fraction of in-frame mutations for each target. <br>4) endogenous_validation.csvMeasured and predicted outcome frequencies for each target in the endogenous validation. <br>5) umap_table.tsvUmap coordinates, cluster labels, and log-fold-changes in each knockout for each target-outcome pair included in the UMAP.
