Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal and bacteria diversity in jujube orchard under rain shelters

Facility cultivation of Ziziphus jujuba cv. Dongzao first appeared in Shanxi Dali, which was an important economic forest tree species of Dali. Due to unreasonable fertilization, soil nutrient imbalance, soil microbial community change, poor tree growth and frequent pests and diseases seriously threaten the sustainable and healthy development of Dongzao jujube industry. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can promote nutrient cycling, improve soil structure and regulate rhizosphere microbial community structure in orchard ecosystem.
