Quantitative analysis of macrophage metabolites after RMF stimulation

RAW 264.7 cells were polarized to M2 macrophages (Control group). M2 macrophages were incubated with MNMs (MNM group) and treated with rotating magnetic field (RMF) of 1 Hz for 15 min (RMF group). The cells were then collected and the metabolites were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry after 24 h.
