Quantitative analysis of macrophage metabolites after RMF stimulation

RAW 264.7 cells were polarized to M2 macrophages (Control group). M2 macrophages were incubated with MNMs (MNM group) and treated with rotating magnetic field (RMF) of 1 Hz for 15 min (RMF group). The cells were then collected and the metabolites were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry after 24 h.将RAW 264.7细胞极化为M2型巨噬细胞，作为对照组。将M2型巨噬细胞与磁性纳米材料（MNMs）共孵育，记为MNM组；另取M2型巨噬细胞施加1 Hz旋转磁场（RMF）处理15 min，记为RMF组。于处理24 h后收集细胞，采用液相色谱-质谱联用法测定其代谢物。
