TEM images of brain-seeded Abeta40 and Abeta42 fibrils

TEM images of negatively stained Abeta40 and Abeta42 fibrils, prepared by seeding synthetic peptides with extracts from brain tissue. Images are 8-bit grayscale tiff files.本数据集包含经负染色的β淀粉样蛋白40（Amyloid beta 40, Aβ40）与β淀粉样蛋白42（Amyloid beta 42, Aβ42）原纤维的透射电子显微镜（Transmission Electron Microscope, TEM）图像，其样品采用脑组织提取物作为晶种接种合成肽的方法制备。所有图像均为8位灰度TIFF文件。
