Pf Atlas of sexual development

<strong>The datasets here are a key addition to the Malaria Cell Atlas, that include short and long read single cell RNA-sequencing profiles of i) over 37,000 <em>Plasmodium falciparum</em> cells across intraerythrocytic asexual and sexual development of laboratory strains ii) ~1000 <em>P. falciparum</em> parasites collected from an asymptomatic Malian individual naturally infected with multiple strains. A single cell atlas comprising the laboratory dataset as well as an integrated atlas of both laboratory and field strains is generated and provided as a data resource to the malaria research community at malariacellatlas.org</strong>本数据集为疟原虫细胞图谱（Malaria Cell Atlas）的关键补充数据集，涵盖两类短读长与长读长单细胞RNA测序（short and long read single cell RNA-sequencing）谱型：i) 实验室菌株在红细胞内无性生殖与有性生殖发育全过程中的超过37000株恶性疟原虫（Plasmodium falciparum）细胞；ii) 从自然感染多菌株的无症状马里感染者体内分离得到的约1000株恶性疟原虫（P. falciparum）寄生虫。本研究构建了包含实验室数据集的单细胞图谱，以及整合实验室与野外菌株的整合图谱，并将其作为数据资源上传至malariacellatlas.org，供疟疾研究学界使用。
