资源简介:
This study aims to systematically investigate the anti-glioblastoma (GBM) potential and underlying molecular mechanisms of 18beta-Glycyrrhetinic acid (GA), a natural compound derived from licorice. Given the limited treatment options and poor prognosis associated with GBM, there is an urgent need to explore novel therapeutic candidates. This research comprehensively evaluates the anti-proliferative, anti-migratory, and pro-apoptotic effects of GA in GBM cells and in vivo models, while employing an integrative bioinformatics and experimental approach to identify its key molecular targets and affected pathways. The findings reveal that GA exerts significant anti-tumor activity by targeting MAPK11 and modulating the p38 signaling cascade, thereby providing crucial mechanistic insights and positioning GA as a promising natural product-derived agent for GBM therapy.
