Environmental Ordinance- The landing area from the IJsselmeer area

In the management area of Vallei en Veluwe Water Board, in case of water scarcity or imminent water scarcity, given the distribution of the available water for the supply area from the IJsselmeer region among the needs for small-scale high-quality use, as referred to in Article 3.14(1)(c) of the Decree on quality of living environment, priority:a. processing as industrial process water;b. temporary irrigation of capital intensive crops.This stock was established on 15 November 2023 by the Provincial States and entered into force on 1 January 2024 under the Omgevingswet.在瓦莱与费吕沃水务局（Vallei en Veluwe Water Board）的管理辖区内，当发生水资源短缺或即将出现水资源短缺情形时，针对艾瑟尔湖（IJsselmeer）区域供水辖区内可调配水资源，结合《生活环境质量法令》第3.14条第(1)款第(c)项所明确的小型高品质用水需求，分配时需遵循以下优先级：a. 作为工业工艺用水进行处置利用；b. 对资本密集型作物开展临时性灌溉。本水资源分配方案于2023年11月15日由省议会制定，并于2024年1月1日依据《环境法（Omgevingswet）》正式生效。
