UniBind 2.0 - LOLA databases for the robust and permissive collections

This repository contains all LOLA databases used in the UniBind 2021 enrichment tool. For each organism, we provide the LOLA databases for all TFBS sets and the complete universe of TFBSs contained in the robust and permissive collections. The databases are provided as .RDS R objects, which can be directly loaded into R or used as inputs for the command-line UniBind enrichment tool.

本存储库包含了UniBind 2021富集工具所使用的全部LOLA数据库。针对每一种生物体，我们均提供了针对所有转录因子结合位点（Transcription Factor Binding Sites, TFBS）集合的LOLA数据库，以及稳健集合与宽松集中所涵盖的全部TFBS全集。上述数据库以.RDS格式的R对象形式提供，可直接加载至R环境中，亦可用作命令行版UniBind富集工具的输入文件。
