To evaluate the effect of lumbar spine manipulation on sympathetic skin response and disability in chronic low back pain patients

The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of lumbar spine manipulation on sympathetic skin response and disabilities in chronic low back pain patients. 28 patients were recruited and randomly allocated into two groups experimental and sham group. experimental group receives lumbar spine manipulation while sham group received sham manipulation and conventional treatment. They received 2 sessions per week for 3 weeks.
