Taurine Upregulated Gene 1 (TUG1) is known to be an oncogenic lncRNA. TUG1 is upregulated in several cancers and has a function such as a tumor progression, migration, and invasion. In addition, a recent study indicated that TUG1 plays an important role in chemoresistance in several cancers. We found that inhibition of TUG1 suppressed tumor progression and enhanced 5-FU sensitivity. To identify target genes of TUG1, we analyzed gene expression change by using SurePrint G3 Human GE 8?60K array slides (G4851B, Agilent Technologies)
