RNA-seq analysis of grape-like organoids and others in iPSC derived Hepatocyte organoids (iHOs)

Under iHO conditions, distinctive grape-like organoids emerge. To evaluate the hepatocyte characteristics of grape-like organoids and other organoid forms, grape-like organoids were isolated under a microscope, and RNA-seq was performed. Overall design: The iHOs around 14 days after passage were isolated from Matrigel in ice-cold PBS and grape-like organoids were visually collected under a microscope for RNA-Seq. Remaining organoids were collected as others.
