RiboMotif-SSF is a comprehensive multimodal database that integrates Rfam consensus sequences, PDB high-resolution structures, and data from five major functional annotation libraries. By constructing a rigorous cross-modal mapping framework, we have successfully indexed over 1.13 million RNA motif instances with sequence-structure-function correspondences.

RNA motifs are fundamental units regulating cellular function, but existing research is limited by the relative isolation and lack of correlation between sequence, structural, and functional data. The insufficient integration of RNA motif secondary structures with linear functional sites has become a bottleneck restricting the development of high-precision prediction models. To address this gap, we launched RiboMotif-SSF—a comprehensive multimodal database integrating Rfam consensus sequences, PDB high-resolution structures, and data from five major functional annotation libraries. By constructing a rigorous cross-modal mapping framework, we successfully indexed over 1.13 million RNA motif instances with sequence-structure-function correspondences.
RNA基序(RNA motif)是调控细胞功能的基本单元,但现有研究受限于序列、结构与功能数据相对孤立且缺乏关联的问题。RNA基序二级结构与线性功能位点的整合不足,已成为制约高精度预测模型发展的瓶颈。为填补这一研究空白,我们构建了RiboMotif-SSF——一款整合Rfam共识序列、PDB(蛋白质数据银行,Protein Data Bank)高分辨率结构以及五大功能注释库数据的综合多模态数据库。通过构建严谨的跨模态映射框架,我们成功为超过113万个具备序列-结构-功能对应关系的RNA基序实例建立了索引。
