Receipt and use of charitable assistance

The table contains information about the date of receipt of the name, quantity, cost of charitable assistance, its purchaser and benefactor, details of acts of acceptance and transfer (if any), the status of use. Each entry to the table is a charity that was provided by a benefactor or a group of benefactors once.本表格涵盖如下信息：慈善援助的名称、接收日期、数量与成本，对应采购方与捐赠方，接收与转移手续的详情（如存在），以及使用状态。表格内每一条目均对应一笔由单个捐赠方或多方捐赠方一次性提供的慈善援助。
