This project aimed to determine if resistance to biocides vary among L. monocytogenes isolates. The study evaluated the impact of resistance genes, soils, biofilm, and concentrations of biocides on the susceptibility of L. monocytogenes. In addition, the ability to adapt to biocides were also tested for a representative subset of isolates.
