Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals major genes, transcription factors and signal transduction pathway associated with salicylic acid in potato

The transcriptome sequencing of potato genotype RH89-039-16 were analyzed under exogenous SA and its synthesis inhibitor 1-aminobenzotriazole (ABT) application.This study presents the global expression analysis of SA signaling in potato and provides a robust database for investigating the functions of genes induced by SA.
