Working methods in kindergarten

This is a quantitative study of the working methods in Norwegian kindergartens. The questionnaire was sent to all employees in Norwegian kindergartens in 2022, and received over 2000 respondents. The goal is to gain more knowledge about what is happening in Norwegian kindergartens. The respondents answer questions about what characterises the interaction with the children, different types of play and exploration, time spent, equipment, materials, and collaboration among the staff.本研究为针对挪威幼儿园工作模式的量化研究。研究团队于2022年向挪威全体幼儿园在职员工发放调查问卷，共收到逾2000名受访者的反馈。本研究旨在更全面地了解挪威幼儿园的实际运作情况，受访者需回答的问题涵盖与儿童互动的典型特征、各类游戏与探索活动、时间分配、设施设备与教学材料配置，以及员工间的协作模式等内容。
