To further explore the synergistic mechanism of melatonin and isoprothiolane, we performed RNA-sequences analysis. M. oryzae strain P131 was grown in the liquid CM supplemented with 0.5% DMSO,17.2µM Isoprothiolane (EC50),5mM melatonin (EC50), or 5 mM melatonin combined with17.2µM Isoprothiolane. After 24 h, mycelia were collected for RNA-seq analysis.
