Using ultraconserved elements to unravel lagomorph phylogenetic relationships

The aim of this research was to unravel lagomorph phylogeny using ultraconserved elements (UCEs). Emphasis on Romerolagus was discussed in the light of its panchronic status. We obtained samples from at least one species of each of the 11 genera (except Caprolagus) comprising the order, and captured and sequenced ultraconserved elements.
