比較基因轉殖帶有反義式Euc4CL1(4CL)與順義式CAld5H(5H)雙重轉殖基因赤桉與雜交桉植株之生長,比較轉殖順義式5H基因赤桉之生長。比較基因轉殖4CL基因於紙漿廠的製漿性質。「本資料集內容與資料為林業試驗所108年「林業永續生產技術研發」科技計畫項下之「林木遺傳特性與生物安全檢定檢測技術研發」結案工作項目所執行之成果。」。
This dataset covers research on transgenic eucalyptus in three aspects:
1. Comparative growth analysis of transgenic *Eucalyptus camaldulensis* and hybrid eucalyptus plants carrying both antisense *Euc4CL1* (4CL) and sense *CAld5H* (5H) double transgenes, as well as growth comparison of transgenic *E. camaldulensis* harboring only the sense 5H gene;
2. Evaluation of pulping properties of 4CL-transgenic plants for pulp mill production.
The data and content of this dataset are the research outcomes of the finalized work project titled "Research and Development of Forest Tree Genetic Characteristics and Biosafety Testing Technologies", which was implemented under the science and technology program "Research and Development of Forestry Sustainable Production Technologies" funded by the Forestry Research Institute during its 108th fiscal year.
