Single cell characterization of the aged sub-ventricular zone neural stem cell niche

Raw reads and processed transcriptomic data related to the characterization of the aging sub-ventricular zone neural stem cell niche. Includes 10x Genomics single cell RNA-sequencing of the youthful and aged SVZ niche, along with targeted single cell RNA-sequencing performed on youthful and aged neural stem cells, single cell RNA-seq on CD8+ T-cells isolated from the brain and blood of aged mice, as well as bulk RNA-sequencing on prospectively isolated populations of inflamed populations of neural stem cells from aged mice.
