Tomographic image data for study of structural changes of pyrogenic carbon aging in boreal forest soil

This dataset contains X-ray tomographic images of pyrogenic carbon particles obtained from prescribed burnings conducted in the Evo state forest (Southern Finland) during 1948-2018. More detailed technical description of the data and the samples is available in the associated readme.txt file.
