资源简介:
Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) aggressively colonize plant roots of many plant species and augment plant growth and immunity to pathogen attacks. Some PGPR strains produce IAA, cytokinin, siderophores and antioxidants, while others solubilize inorganic phosphorus and possess antifungal properties. Previously we have isolated Pseudomonas putida SAESo11 from the volcanic island of Santorini in Greece, and we have found that this strain produce auxin and siderophores, and solubilizes P. In this study, we characterize the transcriptome of tomato seedlings inoculated with SAESo11 under drought stress.
