Analytical conditions and data from electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) of chondrite samples and experimental run products

We have carried out an experimental study aimed to define the conditions of formation of silica-rich igneous rims (SIRs) around chondrules. We reproduced the texture, mineralogy, mineral chemistry, and silica polymorphs present in natural SIRs. This file contains tables giving analytical conditions and data from electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) of chondrite samples and experimental run products.
