Gene expression profile of the intestines at the different locations

We performed RNA-seq analyses of intestinal epithelium using RNA extract from different intestinal locations: the cecum, the proximal colon, and the distal colon in different mice. Our results have revealed key pathway differences in these mice at different intestinal locations. Overall design: Intestinal epithelium at different locations in different mice was collected for RNA extraction.
