RNA-Seq analysis of Hybsibius exemplaris, Acutuncus antarcticus and Paramacrobiotus fairbanski under DNA damaging stresses.

We exposed batches of individuals from the three Tardigrades species (Hybsibius exemplaris, Acutuncus antarcticus and Paramacrobiotus fairbanski) to gamma rays (1000 Gy) or bleomycin treatments. We conducted a transcriptomic analysis with or without the treatment in triplicates for the three species. We also conducted a long-read RNASeq sequencing for each species.
