We used high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene to perform a spatial analysis of soil microbial distribution from eleven accessed Cerrado areas converted into small scale agroecosystems comprising the four main agricultural systems performed at Cerrado lands: annual crop (Cornfields), perennial (Coffee fields), pasture (Brachiaria grasslands), forest plantations (Eucalyptus plantations).
