NSW People Matter Employee Survey

The annual NSW People Matter Employee Survey provides an important opportunity for almost 400,000 employees to have a say about their workplace and to help make the public sector a better place to work. The survey asks employees about experiences with their own work and working with their team, managers and the organisation. The public sector includes a wide range of services relating to health, education, transport, justice, family support, finance, planning, the environment, and many other areas. Employees provide services directly to the public or work behind the scenes in research, policy, programs, clerical, corporate, or other types of jobs.\r\n\r\nThe survey was co-ordinated by the Public Service Commission working in collaboration with public sector departments and agencies.年度新南威尔士州（New South Wales，NSW）"员工为本"员工调查（People Matter Employee Survey）为近40万名员工提供了重要发声契机，使其能够就自身职场环境发表见解，并助力公共部门打造更优质的工作场所。本次调研围绕员工的个人工作体验，以及其与团队、直属主管和所在组织的协作体验展开。公共部门涵盖医疗、教育、交通、司法、家庭支持、财政、规划、环境等诸多领域的服务范畴。员工既可为公众提供直接服务，也可在幕后从事研究、政策制定、项目执行、行政、总务或其他类型的工作。 本次调查由公共服务委员会（Public Service Commission）牵头，并与公共部门各部门及机构协同开展。
