A targeted cultivation of marine Actinomycetes from polluted Bejaia Bay, Algeria was conducted followed by a screening of antimicrobial activity. Selected strains were subjected to untargeted metabolomic analysis (UHPLC-HRMS2), GNPS molecular networking and specific metabolites were annotated with aid of full genome sequencing of the same strains
