Udnn_Synthetic_Datasets

These are the scripts in order to create the synthetic datasets used for training and testing of the UDNN network. In the Phantom3DLibrary.dat the corresponding phantoms are described as list of geometric shapes. The Create_Synth_Projections.py contains the function for the generantion of the training and testing datasets with noisy projections. For the execution of the function the TomoPhantom toolbox (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1232424) has to be installed. Apart from that, the noiseless training and testing datasets are also given.本脚本集用于生成UDNN网络训练与测试所需的合成数据集。在Phantom3DLibrary.dat文件中，相关体模(phantom)以几何形状列表的形式予以描述。Create_Synth_Projections.py脚本内置了生成带噪声投影的训练与测试数据集的函数。运行该函数前，需先安装TomoPhantom工具包(TomoPhantom)（https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1232424）。此外，本资源还提供了无噪声版本的训练与测试数据集。
