DFO Update 2023

The archive contains 4 files: 1. “CPR_DataDiatoms_DFO_18102023.csv”: *.csv containing Diatoms counts 2. “CPR_DataDinosflagellates_DFO_18102023”: *.csv containing Dinoflagellates counts 3. “CPR_ListDiatoms_DFO_18102023.csv”: *.csv containing taxa list for diatoms 4. “CPR_ListDinosflagellates_DFO_18102023” ”: *.csv containing taxa list for Dinoflagellates Also note: 1. Each “data” file has the taxa ID used as headings and taxa are organised in the same order as described in the associated “list” files. E.g., in “CPR_DataDiatoms_DFO_18102023.csv”, the first taxa is ID 101 corresponding to the first taxa in “CPR_ListDiatoms_DFO_18102023.csv”. 2. all selected taxa had to be identified since 1958 3. In each “data” file, presence are coded with a very small number (i.e., 10-10). It is down to the user to keep them, remove them or set them to any other value (e.g., 0).
