This is interview data based on interviews with a total of 20 employees at 5 different departments at the University of Bergen about working conditions at the University.
The purpose of the project was to reconstruct and interpret the similarity and dissimilarity in orientations, language and behavior between academic staff with different academic affiliations at the University of Bergen.
Data were collected through personal interviews between March and July 1994.
