GnRH2 and GnRH3 CDS from Indonesian Freshwater Teleosts

This dataset contains the coding sequences (CDS) of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 2 (GnRH2) and Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 3 (GnRH3) genes isolated from Indonesian freshwater teleost fishes, including: Osphronemus goramy, Anabas testudineus, Hemibagrus nemurus, Mystus sp., Barbonymus balleroides, Tor tambroides, and Barbonymus gonionotus. A total of ten sequences were obtained. GnRH2 CDS lengths were 84 bp, and GnRH3 CDS were 93 bp.本数据集收录了从印度尼西亚淡水硬骨鱼类中分离得到的促性腺激素释放激素2（Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 2, GnRH2）与促性腺激素释放激素3（Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 3, GnRH3）基因的编码区序列（coding sequences, CDS），涉及物种包括：丝足鲈（Osphronemus goramy）、攀鲈（Anabas testudineus）、横纹半鲿（Hemibagrus nemurus）、鳠属未定种（Mystus sp.）、巴拉斯巴鲃（Barbonymus balleroides）、似野结鱼（Tor tambroides）、银鲃（Barbonymus gonionotus）。本次实验共获得10条序列，其中GnRH2的编码区序列长度为84 bp，GnRH3的编码区序列长度为93 bp。
