Intervision – Konzept und Bedeutung im Kontext eines musiktherapeutischen Arbeitskreises Intervision – Concept and Meaning within the Context of a Music Therapy Work Group

Intervision als Form der kollegialen Beratung gewinnt als Bestandteil musiktherapeutischer Arbeitsgruppen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Um Intervision in der Beratungslandschaft zu verorten, werden zunächst die beiden Beratungsformate ‚Supervision‘ und ‚Qualitätszirkel‘ vorgestellt. Schwerpunkt des Artikels bilden Merkmale und Konzeptionen der Intervision in den Modellen der selbstgesteuerten Intervision und der angeleiteten Intervision. Ferner wird die Bedeutung musiktherapeutischer Arbeitskreise über die Intervision hinaus als Form der beruflichen Weiterbildung und eines fachbezogenen Informationsaustausches hervorgehoben. Möglichkeiten, Relevanz und Grenzen der Intervisionsformen im Feld der Musiktherapie werden aufgezeigt. Intervision as a form of collegial consultation increasingly gains importance as a significant component of music therapy work groups. In order to situate intervision within the consulting sector, the consultation formats of both ‚supervision‘ and ‚quality circle‘ are presented. This article places special focus on characteristics and concepts of intervision within models of self-regulated intervision and supervised intervision. Furthermore, the significance of music therapy work groups – beyond intervision – as a form of professional training and a specialised exchange of information, is highlighted. Possibilities, relevance, and limitations of intervention forms within the field of music therapy are illustrated. peerReviewed publishedVersion
