SPGC-COVID Dataset

The SPGC-COVID dataset contains <b>volumetric chest CT scans of 51 COVID-19, 28 Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP), and 51 normal cases</b> acquired with various imaging settings from two different medical centres. The SPGC-COVID dataset consists of <b>4 subsets</b> including images with different slice thickness, radiation dose, and noise level. In addition to different technical parameters, the dataset contains CT scans of patients who have <b>heart diseases or have undergone heart surgery</b>, besides having COVID-19 or CAP infections. All CT scans are provided in the standard <b>DICOM</b> format, and the corresponding <b>patient-level labels</b> are provided in 4 separate CSV files.This dataset was used as the test set in the 2021 Signal Processing Grand Challenge (SPGC) on COVID-19 diagnosis, which the authors organized as part of the 2021 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP'21).
