LINC00365 suppresses breast tumor growth and metastasis by inhibiting the HIF-1a-mediated Warburg effect

To investigate the LINC00365 plays an important role in inhibiting BC proliferation and provided insight into how the HIF-1a/LINC00365 axis is involved in the Warburg effect.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq in MCF-7 cells.
