本工具箱旨在解决多水库蓄水调度中的维数灾（curse of dimensionality）问题，以梨园、阿海、金安桥三水库系统为研究实例，弥补学术研究与实际应用之间的差距。该工具箱名为重要性采样-并行动态规划（Importance Sampling-Parallel Dynamic Programming，简称IS-PDP），用户可通过该方法求解确定性调度问题的次优轨迹，在计算效率与求解质量之间实现平衡。由于未能获得共享长江流域原始数据集的授权，研究团队生成了一组复杂度相近的合成长江流域数据集。
