Phylogeographic breaks within and across the boundaries of CoEs in the Cape Floristic Region

Reanalysis of published phylogeographic analyses of Cape plant taxa. Pairwise population comparisons were preformed to evaluate the extent to which phylogeographic breaks occur across the boundaries separating centers of endemism.
