File includes the name of the variables and the type (taxonomic ranks, KEGG or COG), posterior mean of the differences among the resilient and non-resilient populations (meanDiff), the probability of the difference being higher (if the difference is positive) or lower (if negative) than 0 (P0), the highest posterior interval density of 95% (HPD95), and the name and pathways of the genes for the KEGG and COG IDs.
